The drum dryer is a relatively large type of drying equipment at present, and its application range is very wide.

    The application range of the drum dryer is very wide, and it is used for feed, fertilizer in agricultural production system, wood chip fuel, etc., and the drying effect is very good. 

The smoke and fire separation device is used, and the color change of the dried material is small. The working principle of the drum dryer is different from that of other dryers. 

According to the principle of thermal work, the drum dryer is equipped with lifting plates and guide plates with different angles and spacings in the drum. This structure can ensure 

that the dried material moves along the spiral movement direction under the action of gravity, and maintains sufficient residence time and sufficient dispersion in the drum, so that 

the material in the drum is fully heat exchanged with the hot air flow in the combustion chamber, eliminating the defects of small heat exchange area and low evaporation 

intensity per unit volume caused by the frequent appearance of wind tunnels in the cross section of conventional drying equipment.

    Features of drum dryer:

    1. The investment required for the equipment is 6/1 of that for imported products.

    2. A new type of combined lifting device is used. The final moisture content of the material is guaranteed to be below 0.5%, and the required final moisture content index can be 

easily adjusted according to user requirements.

    3. The self-insulation thermal efficiency of the cylinder is as high as more than 80% (the thermal efficiency of the traditional single-cylinder dryer is only 35%), which increases 

the thermal efficiency by more than 40%.

    4. The fuel can adapt to coal, oil and steam.

    5. The floor space is reduced by about 50% compared with the single-cylinder dryer, the civil engineering investment is reduced by about 50%, and the power consumption is 

less than 60%.

    6. The alloy steel plate is made of 4 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plates, and the maintenance of the whole machine is very small.

    7. The outlet temperature is low and the dust removal equipment has a long service life.

    8. The support wheel is used for rotation, and the transmission power is small.

    9. The speed can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the three parameters of material, wind and coal are balanced.

    10. The hot air furnace can be matched with boiling furnace, coal injection furnace, hand-burning furnace, and can also be used in oil and gas furnaces. It can dry blocks, 

granules and powdered materials below 20 mm.
