    Jaw crusher is commonly known as jaw crusher, also known as tiger jaw. The crushing chamber is composed of two jaw plates, the moving jaw and the static jaw, which 

simulate the movement of the two jaws of animals to complete the material crushing operation. It is widely used in the crushing of various ores and bulk materials in the 

mining and smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries.

     Maintenance


    (1) Pay attention to and lubricate the friction surface regularly to ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend its service life.

    (2) The grease used in the jaw crusher should be determined according to the location and temperature conditions of use. Generally, calcium-based, sodium-based and 

calcium-sodium-based greases are used.

    (3) The grease added to the bearing seat should be about 50% of its spatial volume and replaced every 3 to 6 months. When changing the oil, clean gasoline or kerosene 

should be used to clean the roller bearing raceway.

    (4) Before starting the jaw crusher, an appropriate amount of grease should be injected between the thrust plate and the thrust plate support.
