working principle
The moving cone of the hydraulic cone crusher performs a swing motion driven by the eccentric sleeve. The material is squeezed and rolled in the crushing cavity between the crushing wall and the rolling mortar wall. It is subjected to forces from multiple directions and is crushed according to its own force. The texture is crushed and polished to form stable stone particles. Materials that meet the discharging requirements fall and are discharged from the swing gap of the crushing wall, while the remaining materials continue to be crushed until they meet the final requirements.

Performance characteristics

1. It adopts a fixed main shaft and small spherical bearing structure. The crushing stroke, crushing speed and crushing cavity type are reasonably combined. The crushing efficiency is high and the production capacity is significantly improved compared to traditional cone crushers.

2. The proprietary "inter-particle lamination crushing" principle significantly increases the cube content in the finished product and greatly increases the number of fine-grained materials, which well meets the requirements for the use of high-quality aggregates.

3. When unbreakable objects such as iron blocks enter the crushing chamber, the hydraulic protection device will automatically release them and then automatically reset to normal operation.

4. The discharge port adjustment and cavity cleaning adopt hydraulic technology, which is convenient and quick to operate, reduces downtime and improves work efficiency.
