working principle
When the PF impact crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. After the material enters the crushing cavity, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor and is broken. Then it is thrown to the impact device for crushing again, and then bounces back from the impact liner. The plate hammer action area is re-crushed, and this process is repeated. The materials are repeatedly crushed in the crushing chamber from large to small until the materials are crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
