working principle
During the working process of the mobile crushing station, the external power supply is usually used as the power source. The raw materials are evenly sent to the jaw crusher or impact crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing operation. The coarsely crushed materials are sent by the belt conveyor. It enters the cone crusher or impact crusher for further crushing. The finely crushed materials are transported to the vibrating screen for screening. The materials that meet the particle size requirements of the finished product are output by the finished product conveyor belt as the finished product; the materials that do not meet the particle size requirements of the finished product are From the vibrating screen, it is returned to the sand making machine or cone crusher for reprocessing, forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles. It can be combined and graded according to the customer's requirements for stone particle size and output.
