The flotation machine is driven by a motor V-belt drive to rotate the impeller, which generates centrifugal action to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, it inhales sufficient air to mix with the slurry. On the other hand, it stirs the slurry and mixes the medicine. At the same time, it refines the foam so that the minerals adhere to the foam. Floats to the surface of the slurry to form mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate and control the liquid level so that useful foam can be scraped out by the scraper.
When the flotation machine is working, as the impeller rotates, the slurry in the tank is sucked from all sides through the bottom of the tank from the lower end of the impeller to between the impeller blades. At the same time, the low-pressure air supplied by the blower passes through the hollow shaft and the air distributor of the impeller. Get into it. After the slurry and air are fully mixed between the blades, they are pushed diagonally upward from the periphery of the upper half of the impeller, and then enter the entire tank after being stabilized and oriented by the stator. The bubbles rise to the foam stable zone. After the enrichment process, the foam overflows from the overflow weir and enters the foam tank. Some of the slurry flows to the lower part of the impeller, and is stirred by the impeller and remixed to form mineralized bubbles. The remaining slurry flows to The next trough, until it finally becomes tailings.
Performance characteristics
1. Compared with conventional mechanical agitation flotation machines, it can save 1/3~1/2 of electricity.
2. The ash content of clean coal can be reduced by 1~2% compared with conventional mechanical stirring flotation machines
3. It is equipped with automatic liquid level control and electronic control device, which has a high degree of foam refinement, thus improving the flotation effect.
4. The impeller is always active in the machine, which plays a role in removing accumulated materials and debris, reducing damage to components due to debris; and the impeller of the mixing device is made of ground rubber, which enhances wear resistance.
