Description

working principle
This machine is a skeleton ball mill driven by horizontal cylindrical turning gears, external gears and two hoppers. The material enters the first hopper from the feeding equipment after spiraling through the hollow shaft. The hopper has a trapezoidal sheath or a corrugated sheath, and is filled with steel balls, which fall under the action of the centrifugal force of the cylinder to grind the materials. After being coarsely ground in the first hopper, the material enters the second hopper through a single-layer partition. The second hopper has a flat scale plate with steel balls for grinding the material. The powder is discharged from the grid to complete the grinding.

Performance characteristics

1. It adopts full hydraulic operation, which is easy to use and easy to realize automation. Its reliability and lifespan are greatly improved.

2. The discharge port is reasonably designed, and customers can choose an iron remover according to their own needs.

3. The cylinder, lining plate, media, compartment plate and discharge grate plate of the rotary part are all made of high-quality original parts.

4. Reasonable feed port design increases the feed volume

5. The lining plate and grinding body are made of alumina ceramics, quartz, SILEX or special materials, and the hard minerals are designed with no iron pollution.

6. The ultra-fine ball mill and classifier form a closed system, with negative pressure transportation and small dust, reducing harm to the human body.
