After the materials to be processed by the Raymond mill enter the grinding chamber of the main machine of the Raymond mill, due to the centrifugal force when the spindle rotates, the grinding roller swings outward and is pressed against the grinding ring. The shovel blade scoops up the materials and sends them to the grinding roller and grinding ring. In between, the purpose of grinding and crushing is achieved with the rolling of the grinding roller. After the material is ground, the powder passes through the analyzer with the blower circulating air for sorting. The fine and too coarse material falls back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding. The qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe to become the finished product. The airflow passes through the cyclone powder collector and then enters the blower to form a closed loop, so that the machine can work continuously and normally. The residual air enters the dust collector through the residual air duct and is purified before being discharged out of the machine.
