Fault 1: Different oil pressure in the oil pipes before and after the filter

    Reason for malfunction: Filter blockage

    Troubleshooting: When the oil pressure difference exceeds 0.04MPa, the filter must be cleaned. First, the oil should not pass through the floor filter, and then the filter 

should be removed for cleaning. This way, the oil can be directly supplied to the crusher for no more than 2-3 hours

    Fault 2: There is no oil flow in the oil flow indicator, but the oil pressure is below 0.5MPa

    Reason for malfunction: 1. Low oil temperature; 2. The oil switch is not turned on properly; 3. The oil pump is not functioning properly;

    Troubleshooting method: 1. Oil heating; 2. Turn on the switch properly; Stop the crusher and ｒｅｐｌａｃｅ the oil pump;

    Fault 3: The return oil volume in the fuel tank decreases, and the oil level drops significantly

    Fault cause: 1. Oil leakage from the bottom cover of the crusher; 2. Oil leakage from the flange of the transmission bearing housing; 3. The ring groove of the spherical 

bearing seat is blocked or too much oil is supplied, causing oil to leak from the dust prevention device

    Troubleshooting methods: 1. Stop the machine, identify the cause and eliminate it, then add oil to the fuel tank; (3) Stop the machine, clean the return oil ring groove, 

adjust the oil supply, and add oil to the oil tank

    Fault 4: The oil temperature exceeds 55 ℃, but the oil pressure has not increased

    Reason for malfunction: There is a problem with the eccentric shaft sleeve part;

    Troubleshooting method: Stop the machine and check the straight and tapered bushings to identify the cause of the fault and remove it

    Fault 5: When the oil pressure rises, the oil temperature also rises

    Reason for malfunction: Blockage of oil pipeline or internal oil circuit of crusher

    Troubleshooting method: Stop the machine, identify the blockage, and clear it

    Fault 6: The oil temperature coming out of the cooler exceeds 45 ℃

    Reason for malfunction: 1. No cooling water; 2. High cooling water temperature; 3. The cooler is blocked.

    Troubleshooting method: supply cooling water; Check if the water pressure is too low and increase the pressure as much as possible, and check the temperature of the

cooling water; Clean the cooler.

    Fault 7: There is water in the oil, and the oil level in the tank increases

    Reason for malfunction: The water pressure in the cooler is higher than the oil pressure
